Mega Safety is a fully industrial hand protection integrated manufacturer. We set up headquarter in Nantong with four our own running professional factories based in Linyi and Ji yuan, to combine high technique of Nantong and low cost in Shandong and Henan. These four factories are all specializing in PPE glove manufacturing including yarn spinning, fabric processing, seamless knitting and automatic dipping. We fully control every step of our process, every step of the way – for 100% quality control at every level.
Spinning

Yarn Wrapping
02we apply our own technical yarn and our in-house processing allows for customization of yarn compositions to meet the desired performance specifics for our customized products.
Glove Knitting
03Our knitting machines cover the widest range of knitting options, from 7 to 21 gauge, allowing unparalleled diversification in seamless liner configurations.
The most advanced central computer control system and automatic temperature and humidity control technology are utilized.
Dipping Production
04The enclosed type and automatic dipping workshop has more than 10 production lines that are globally leading in this industry. All of workshops strictly follow ISO quality system certification.

Packaging
05The packaging workshop utilizes the most advanced automatic packaging technology. For the entire flow, the production areas are separated via the conveyor belts. The finished-products automatically are conveyed to the packing area and will be warehoused after inspection.
